| The Top 100 Most Powerful Celebrities of 2007 |
I just thought it was interesting that the 2 top celebrities that were the most powerful on the Forbes list were black...
Of course number 1 was Ms. Oprah Winfrey
Ms. Winfrey made $260 million this year. She ranks #1 in the web and on TV. Her press rank is a 7. Oprah is a fly 54 might I add... but I guess you have no choice but to be fly when you're a billionaire eh?
#2 is Tiger Woods
Tiger brought in $100 million... He ranks 4th in pay amongst celebrities, 16 in web, 3 in Press and TV. He is the first athlete (no matter what race) in HISTORY to make $100 million in one year. He earned it with his Nike deal, by demanding $3 million per game, and he signed a new deal with Gillete. Go 'head Tiger.
Other blacks include:
#9 Jay-Z
Making $83 million this year partially from selling his Rocawear clothing line to Iconix for $204 million and his new album, Kingdom Come.... can't forget about the NJ Nets and his 40/40 Clubs. Jay Z's Pay rank is #7, Web rank 10, Press rank 47, and TV/Radio rank 50.... I don't get that last one but.. i guess it's not for me to understand..
#23 Kobe Bryant
Kobe brought in a good $33 million this year.. from basketball, Sony endorsement deals... and having the best selling jersey...Pay rank #26, Web rank 66, Press 28, and TV/radio 30.
#25 Shaq Daddy!
He made a cool $32 million... so I know his wife is definitely NOT worried about that pre-nup.. cuz child support.. oh child support will be enough.
And the rest are...
#32 50 Cent (this does not include the sale of Vitamin water) but he did bring in $33 million... I suppose he will be at the top next year.
#34 Justin Timberlake... just thought I'd throw in that blue eyed soul..
#35 Michael Jordan with $31 million
#43 Diddy with $23 million... I didn't know he executive produced Run's House... one of my favorite shows...
#48 LeBron James
#57 Will Smith with $31 million

| I'm peeking in and dropping some heavy stuff on you guys. |
As you know, I'm back in school... and when school starts... my life pretty much stops... I haven't even partied yet(that's a big deal for me LOL). Anyway... I just hope you all are supporting the Jena 6. If you don't know what it is... KILL YOURSELF.. come back from the dead... then google it. LOL.

How much have you heard about Kanye and 50's beef.. Britney Spears wack comeback performance, Michael Vick and them dog fights? A lot? Thought so. I don't know if anyone has heard of Megan Williams, because I haven't. But then again, I have been living under a rock for the past month. One of my good friends at school sent this to my Facebook inbox. Megan Williams was missing, when she was found she was sexually abused, beat, and stabbed by 6 whites. For more information on this story please visit: Black and Missing but not forgotten. It has a lot of coverage on the story. If the media isn't putting a spotlight on it... I guess we should. I dont know if I'm late or not, but I'm still posting.
