| In my city we say What Up Doe.. |
Dear Blogland,
In Houston they say What it do... Down South they say Whats Hannanin.. but in Detroit we say What Up Doe... (Tone Tone Sho' Nuff Recording Artist from Detroit). My bad... just had to throw that shameless plug in there.. even tho I don't know Tone Tone personally.. and him and my cousins beefin... NEWAY.. back on topic...
So u want to know a little more about me eh? Well, I'm a young'n.. 20 to be exact... I was named after one of the greatest fashion lines in existence... hence the name MzCoko... Gabrielle Coco... and no my name ain't Gabrielle or Coco... I'm from Detroit (obviously), I'm multi-talented.. I'm a student at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor (yeah it's a difference).. Coko gonna be a Doctor ya'll... I'm an IT person and ain't never took a computer class in my life.. Big Sister (I'm the oldest).. Smart-Ass Opinionated... Painter (I might put some stuff on here one day) and I recently added plus-sized model to my repertoire (Check out the September 2006 issue of W Magazine or Below Zero hair mags)... and I am a member of SA (shoppers anonymous) I'm addicted to shopping... especially for accessories.. which is why I had to give up shopping for Lent.. more about these endeavors in a future letter...
I just wanted to welcome you all to my spot.. my blogspot.. and let u know a lil about me... I'm a not new to blogland... but I am a new blogger.. usually I just read a few blogs while I'm at work... my favorites are http://ybf.blogspot.com/, http://topmacknigga.blogspot.com/, http://crunktastical.blogspot.com/, http://mydatingadventures.blogspot.com/... there are others... but those are the ones that I check more than I go to the bathroom... TMI? I thought so.. Oh yeah.. and shouts out to my mommy.. Motor City Hot Girl... http://motorcityhotgirl.blogspot.com.. that's her blog... it never gets updated but... there are some good reads in there... And I do read some other blogs.. I just.. don't know the links off the top of my head... Supa Sister, Black Southern Gal, Take It Outside... and some other ones..
